Beautiful cards. Love the foil idea. I don’t have any go to easy cards. If I had one that was relaxing, that would be dry embossing with a metal stencil, with or without coloring the stenciled image. Pattern paper used as a background, or a fussy cut image from a patterned paper is a fast and easy method. If I am feeling lazy, I buy regular cards that I can dress up with snow flake stamps, stickers, and sequins. Almost any cards with some empty white areas work. If the cards didn’t work for dressing up, the can be die cut again into letters and shapes. :-). Jennifer from Virginia USA

My go to is, ink blended background and then do tone on tone with simple stamps scattered around. Dandelions work great for this technique. Love this video. I’m binge watching them. Just love them. Tysm

Ahhh...how foiling use to be done in the old days, just with rubbings and glue. Beautiful cards reborn!

My favorite part of card making are the background techniques like watercolor or ink-smooshing or bubble wrap inking. When I start making backgrounds I make A LOT! I have a basket full so I pull one out and add a focal point and sentiment. I have cups & bowls of those as well. Your cards are gorgeous!

My "easy" go-to would be an embossed panel with a die cut sentiment and some Nuvo drops. Both of your cards are wonderful, especially the white one. Nice to hear that you had a bit of "ME" time to play with your crafting supplies today. TFS.

Love this. I don't have any of deco foils. I tried to find some in our craft stores and nobody had any.. I was disappointed. Guess I'll have to just use foil cardstock. Still going to keep looking. Thanks once again.. always a joy to see what is next.

Love them both! What a great idea for the foil! I guess my easiest card I make would be using the big back ground dies I buy on AliExpress. Just cut them and put them over a pattern paper and it makes a pretty easy card! ♥️

Love both cards very much but I'm a sucker for white on white and butterflies! I needed this video today, made my small break worthwhile.

My go to is embossed background with large size sentiment die and gems or an embossed stamp background and ink blend with large sentiment die.

Love the foiling idea Natasha. Think you could also do the same thing with die cuts that have been stuck onto double sided tape before cutting out.then foiling.

Gorgeous cards! I like to die cut pieces and put together. I really like vintage colors which are soft. Still experimenting with ink blending and coloring with alcohol markers. Not quite comfortable with that although I think I'm improving. Your ideas are are really great. Love your videos.

I like using patterned paper with a sentiment stamped on coordinating paper.

I often use a background stamp or background die - then add a sentiment

A shaker with a really intricate diecut your front snap sentiment and you're done.
