Hi everyone!! It's been a while and we had very snowy and cold winter in St. Louis! This winter I was trapped inside a lot because of the cold weather. So I wanted to make a dish that I craved when I felt a little blue and it is mala xiang guo. This mala xiang guo stir fry dish uses Haidilao spicy stir fry mix and you can create it with anything you have in your fridge in just 15 minutes! Just throw in the vegetables, tofu and meat and there you got it!! It's super easy and super satisfying :)

Here is the ingredients:
Beef meat ball (cut in half)
Pork belly (sliced )
Lotus root (sliced)
Potato (sliced)
Celtuce (also called "stem lettuce" and wo sun in Chinese)
Enoki mushroom
Shiitake mushroom
Bean curd (fuzhu, soak in water )
Green onion 4-5
Ginger 1 piece
Garlic 7-8
Hotpot mix 1 bag
Peppercorn 1 tbsp
Dried chili a handful
Hot water cook meat and veggies ingredients
Add oil in wok, add ginger and garlic, add peppercorn and dried chili
Add hot pot mix
Add in meatball, pork belly
Cooking wine
Add in veggies
Add salt if needed
Top with green onion and sesame
