Step 4: Run in the Electrical Room

Step 6: Crucifix and Trap The Figure

Step 7: Collect Breaker Switches
Much easier since figure is gone.
Step 8: Activate Circuit Breaker Puzzle

Turn all of them on, and turn one by one off.
