Yh dude this is stupidly hard but if ur going to try and beat it use the deck i used in the vid if u don't make stupid mistakes like i did its an easy win

To save time i used a cheat to get all the cards. I put a link in the description that will tell u what packs u need to open to get the cards

TheGamerdude tbf u don't need all the synchro cards the most important ones are red dragon and stardust and maybe thought ruler archfiend for lp recovery

I originally didn't know about the CPU Mode so I never got any Synchromonsters. Plus I couldn't go back anyway. I beat it eventually after defeating Ojama over and over again until I farmed a Lightsworn Deck. It was the easiest and strongest thing I could come up with as a kid and in the end, after a few more days and lot's of trying... I finally beat it. Now where I know about these unlockabld CPUs and all I have fun with the game again. But... Why on Earth would you hide important things like these behind "beat these duelists 5 times each woth ypur shitty starter deck, one of them uses Naturia btw" without a little hint in the game or the instruction manual?!

yeah those clones really screwed me over too, I tried to counter spirit reaper as well myself as I had Red Dragon archfiend, also the zombie & lightsworn decks are a pain as well as the coldwave nonsense, thank god cold wave got banned eventually in the TCG and in the games from being used in decks

Good video, this is a great game to re play. Just wanted to mention that a lot of the synchros used in this video are not available until the post game, from what I remember. Stardust is in TDGS , and I think it is available until after beating these clones. Not sure if all the cards are also able to be unlocked before then. I used lightworns for beating the clones, they are very strong and consistent

Yh i realised after i made the video that most of the cards u can't get till post game so i put another deck in the description. Its a lightsworn deck not as consistent at all but can beat them.

just use lightsworn. most consitand deck to beat them with. this is how i run true the game. use starter untill the struckre deck battle. keep resetting till you get water deck. buy 2 more, play till light of destruction unlock. build lightsworn. clear the game. beat it 6 times like this. the only trouble are the turbo duels. once you have lightsworn, even turbo deals are easy win.

I tried to Deck them out lol...was able to knock away 20 cards off of some Decks but in the end I my defenses were broken

How am I meant to unlock the packs required to build this deck if all I can do is duel to earn dp to buy packs I can buy or to fight the clones?

proto594 check the description it has a link for all the cards u need and what packs they are in and how to unlock them. As far as i know u can get the cards without having to beat the game first but its a massive grind. If there are cards u can't get an till after u beat them please let me know so i can fix the deck or build another one.

I meant more that certain packs are unlocked by beating characters in the world multiple times, but after tweaking with a lightsworn deck I finally beat them which felt amazing since I've been trying since I was 8, shame the end of the game was only a duel after that though

Ah i see. Yh i looked though after ur comment and its a lot of grinding and im not 100% sure u can get all the cards without beating them which sucks. But congrats on beating it, if u don't mind could u post ur deck list here as it might help others beat it without as much of a grind

Sure I'll have to find it later though, I also beat them with an LV deck list based around getting out Armed Dragons and Horus Dark Dragon as quickly as possible and it shut them all down very quickly so I'll post them both

I try again that part and finish all them off but I pray that I have good draws then I had very good draws so lucky but I didn't use your deck I made mine from scratch all cards are situational

The best way to beat the clones is using cards that heal your LP. Dominate the match against first clone and then keep using cards to raise your LP before defeating him.

Sorry I know I already made a ton of comments but can you make a deck that can beat these guys only using the few packs I have. I have dark beginning 1&2, dark revelation 1&2,soul od the duelists,rise of destiny,flaming eternity,cybernetic revolution,shadow of infinity, elemental energy, power of the duelist strike of neos, tactical evolution,phantom darkness,light of destruction. This save point shouldn't exist. It's an easy Softlock in front one of the most difficult Boss Fights in history of Yu-Gi-Oh Games.

It isn't a softlock, you still have the other battle mode to get packs and make new decks

@@Ricardo7250 Yeah that's true. It isn't a real softlock in terms of progression. But the only option to continue playing and getting "good" cards is to battle with the duel ghosts in WC mode. Several of these must first be unlocked by defeating several specific duelists on the map. This is also a way to get your hands on rate and strong cards including synchros such as Naturia Beast. It's more a problem of the entire game since it locks you from getting to these duelists quite frequently. In this case however you are only able to duel the clones in the story mode and grinding DP from cpus. Battling them won't unlock new Packs or cards though. And all the cards you unlock over the course of the story contain mostly useless cards if we're speaking of the Meta back then. Since the clones do use mostly meta decks that makes it even more difficult.

@@domicraft6341 I think the devs made this clone challenge as a sort of "gotcha" thing. Trying to fight them head on with a good archetype deck is problematic but if you put healing cards in your deck (specially those that can heal you every turn) you can turn the carried LP into an advantage, since you get to walk in with excess LP against the lightsworn and that aqua deck (the most problematic ones imo)

The very first thing I did here....was Save. I was stuck for ages as a result. Whatever DARK cards I had couldn't match up to Delta's DARK Deck, but I eventually made a generic Synchro deck that made it through after 25 attempts

Yeah, the save mode sucks because it locks you into this Stage of the Game on purpose.

Tbh i thought the same but it seems not. probably due to the fact there hasn't been many/any new yugioh games out since the 09-11 series and for a story mode these games done it the best

@SSGSS Vegito There's plenty of tutorials for the pokemon DS games. Look one of those up and you should be good to go. It's how I got mine working.
