That is just in development mode. You need to switch it to live. Then as of this year, you need to have a registered business to get it working. Data security and privacy. Many people are unable to use chatbots because of this on their business page. If I am wrong and you know a workaround for this - let me know.

Awesome vid! I tried it out and so far so good. I noticed though with multiple choice that if there are more then 2 or 3 choices it comes out on the client side as a little 'Choose..' button which needs to be clicked first before getting presented with all options. Can we avoid this step and just display the full menu to the client without then having to first click 'Choose..' ? Other bot tools do it in this way. The extra click seems unnecessary? Thanks again!

What if I want each client to be able to interact with the bot, but the bot only provides information about their own project? That is, each client could ask about their project as if they were asking me, but one client could not access another client's information.

From which number are the messages being send? Can I also use my own phone, so if the user sends "Talk to a human" I will get notified and take over the conversation?

Hi Dave! Great video. I've tried this method but in the end the whatsapp bot doesn't respond. I've gone trough all of these steps perfectly. Did you face any trouble with this integration so far?

Try making another bot using start from scratch template & set up the WhatsApp API again. I was facing the same issue because of using learn botpress template as it was my first bot.. This worked for me.

I created a chatbot for my client's car dealership business, designed for both the website and WhatsApp. In the system, users can choose to contact a specific employee, and their details along with the question are sent to a Slack Channel where the employees are accessible (which I've already implemented). However, I'm struggling to establish a system where employees can respond in Slack, and the replies are then displayed to the user in their chatbot on either WhatsApp or the website. I appreciate any assistance you can provide!

Hey, Will you please please tell me how can i enable human interaction in my chatbot ? My Client has a car dealership business and I built a chatbot for whatsapp and instagram using botpress where customers can select any car to buy. He has several employees and I want that whenever chatbot user clicks on the button that he is interested in a car, and one of the employees gets notified and then my employee can continue the chat in the bot.

@@og_bhaiyu Not yet! I am just able to notify the employees in the Slack channel. But still, I don't know how to make a system where one of the employees replies from Slack and it shows to the user in the chatbot. I appreciate assistance from anyone!

Test whatsapp account got banned immediately after I added whatsapp as a product to the app, no explanation given whatsoever... worst part is I cant even delete the test whatsapp account, any suggestions for the next steps forward?
