Ma'am cooker me pani dalne ke bad neeche aapne kya rakha tha? Uski jagah kya koi normal plate rakh sakte h?? Kya kuch rkhna jroori h??

Hi !! Thanks for watching my video. Ise holes wali cooker ki jali ya phir plate kahete hai. Isake use se cooker ka bottom aur utensil mein direct contact nahi hota. Agar kabhi galati se cooker mein water kam dala gaya aur wo jaldi sukh gaya to cooker ka bottom jalane lagata hai, magar plate ki vajah se khana nahi jalata. Holes ki vajah se garam pani utensil ke niche easily move hota raheta hai aur khana achha pakata hai. Normal wali plate bilkul na use kare, vo steam ki vajah se thad thad udegi aur idhar udhar move karegi, aur utensil se khana niche cooker ki bottom mein girega. Jali wali plate cooker ke sath hi aati hai ya fir local market mei mil jayegi. Agar is waqt aapake pas nahi hai to pani ki quantity sahi rakhe. Sabse niche wale utensil ke, aadhe se thodasa upar tak pani rakhe, usase jyada na rakhe, nahi to khane mei pani chala jayega. Practice se sab sahi hoga. Keep trying and enjoy your meal. Why add jeera while cooking dal ma'am? Can it be added while cooking all pulses

Most of the pulses have acitic properties. Cumin is an alkaline spice, which helps to regulates acidity. We can use it while cooking pulses as well as giving tadka also. It gives taste and aroma to the food.

Hello Pankaj ji, If you are buying it online, just search with the term "Pressure Cooker Stand" for the stand inside and "Pressure Cooker Container OR Cooker Separator" for Pots inside. But I will suggest that you buy it from Local Market to save the time because Dukanwala (Shopkeeper) will give you, what exactly you want. Hope this will help you 🙏.
