TL:DR - - Try to get the Occurrence "Ace Trash Digger" as early as possible which lets you select from 3 broken curios 3 times (Gives you a chance at the gear and lever) - Rubert Piston can't be broken so find it normally (Stores, Adventure 3 star clears, and other various means of obtaining curios) - Enjoy the results! Shoutout to @haveagoodday7021 for suggesting this method in my previous video's comments, it probably would've taken me a bit to consider this method. Also trying to get this run was a pain in the ass and my terrible rng just demotivated me so much that I left this channel ded for a bit, sorry about that. I guess I just hit a wall where I don't know what kind of content of make, but I had one in mind: Reach the integer limit for several game mechanics such as shields/healing, etc. I'll figure something out but I would appreciate suggestions as well!

I haven't seen the piston appearing in store since DU came out. Also, it seems only the gear have a big chance to appear in the store, as for the lever I don't remember if it can appear in the store or not.

so RNG based its making me mad got the ace trash digger immediately, both lever and gear after that, LITERALLY no adventure domains, and store domains didnt contain a piston have already wasted two days doing constant resets... edit: out of all my runs till now, ace trash digger with the two rubert curios only happened ONCE

Yep… rng sucks especially with the limited options/domains. The curio is definitely worth it, you’re very likely to clear higher difficulties the earlier you get it

@@JumpyZ_ also I think the hard part is that there is no opportunity cost to attempting capitalism runs, whereas here you have a pretty good chance of bricking the run if you do acquire a rupert curio at the wrong time, etc etc

⁠i’ve gotten it once in my entire time of playing, but i ended the run with triple the amount of curios, blessings and equations. It was a very easy week for grinding planar spheres.

By the way you can use firefly technique for 3 first enemy because their hp is decreased by 99% thanks to a skill in the skill tree. They all die instantly

Ah yes my biggest rage quit in DU ever I was THIS close to get the full set but I managed to lose the piston from it's own effect right after I got it and entered a transaction domain that sold the Cogwheel, a.k.a the final piece. That's why DU sucks. it's just a multilayered RNG machine with minimal input from your side. For the love of god I don't know why they think removing the blessing redraw function is a good idea. I lost count on how many times I reached second boss without any 3 star formation online.

quick tip: start of the game, you don't need to use acheron skill, you can just basic atk the enemies and then on the next domain, use her skill to conserve skill points

I'm pretty sure the Piston can't be bought (either that or I just have awful luck) best way to get it imo would be Adventure domains (as long as you can consistently get 3-stars in them, and the 3* Excess Conversion chest, though 1. it might be hard to get 10,000 without Organic Heart and good equation/blessing set up and 2. There's a chance you just get a blessing instead)

@@JumpyZ_ Tbh I'm not 100% sure either. Just going off my own experience and what some other people have said. Either way, shop domains are still pretty good options since I think its the easiest way to get the cogwheel.

In the first plane how did you know the correct timing to stop the wheel?

For that adventure domain you need to take note of how many dots are on each portion of the wheel. 3 dots means it'll pass 3 sections, 2 dots for 2, and so on. The best time to press the button will be in the middle of a section that is "x" number of dots away because it doesnt count that half, but rather the number of parts afterwards. Hope this helps a bit and sorry if it's confusing.

Gives you cool curio that is totally not broken; 3 curios/blessings/fragments for every domain you go into and 60% crit rate/10% crit dmg I think

It just gets the same enemy buff as Treacherous difficulty from Swarm Disaster. But the fixed power of your characters and broken equations makes the whole thing easy

It only buffs enemies. So it’s only if you want to challenge yourself, there’s no real benefit.

@@ragonhill Nope. Literally no benefits. It exists solely to be a challenge. The only benefit it gives is the one-time clear rewards.
