Easiest way to remove a trailer deck. Using an engcon tiltrotator!

Күн бұрынUsing an engcon tilt rotator ec209 on a Takeuchi tb290 excavator to remove an old trailer deck that we are replacing. This is usually a very difficult job since all of the screws are rusted into the trailer crossmembers and will not back out. The integrated grab made short work. We will go back and cut off all of the screws with a grinder before replacing the deck.

Yes the Engcon is awesome can’t wait for ours to arrive but it’s also the ability and creativity of the operator, this man is silky smooth

I never see machines with an Engcon also have thumbs on them. Do you feel you can do everything you need to with those pinchers and really don’t need a thumb? Maybe something I am just used with my machine.

Correct. You can't really have a thumb and a rotator. Between the way the bucket spins, the pinchers and the grapple you really never miss the thumb. There are some 4 in1 buckets and buckets with built in grapples out that would be worth looking into if you really miss your thumb.
