I love my little 208 and that's exactly how I use it. It's great for connecting all the little skips I get sometimes using an eye pencil.

I really love those Trish McEvoy liners-I have the blue/grey shade that came out last year (or maybe ‘21?) and I love how I get so much impact with so little effort. I’m excited to try the aubergine color, as well! Thanks for showing this beautiful trick!

Thank you for the teaching you do during your videos. In watching this particular how-to, I realized that I need a softer liner. Yes, the long- wear liners stay put, but you can’t manipulate the line once drawn. I’ll be shopping for a kohl liner, not black, and I can’t wait to try the technique!

This was incredibly helpful. Thank you for continuing to give us useful information and tips and tricks and not pushing new releases down our throats. With the economy the way it is I've had to literally stop watching several you tubers everyday content because the FOMO is real! I struggle with eye liner so much I almost never even bother. I've had some luck using either a piece of eyeshadow "tape" and just building a fake wing with darker shadow but this trick I will try tomorrow. Lisa your an OG for a reason and don't ever feel bad recommending a BK beauty brush. I don't have many but i literally can do all of my base makeup eith the BK 101... (I use cream for everything up until when I set my under eyes and T zone. I'm still waiting to treat myself to the 109. My bday is in April so I'm getting there. However, for the record if I flip the 101 upside down and angel it I can still blend my concealer in toward my inner eye. YOU DA BEST!

I have tried everything to do a wing on my very crepey, hooded, mature eyes. That sagging skin just gets in the way even when using the 208. I think I should give up but I just love how the wing line looks on you. ❤

I’m a flight attendant and it’s so crucial for me to do fast make up @3am, when I don’t fell like wearing make up. This was very helpful. I will be practiceing today. Do you have any tips for someone who has one eye that had a small fold at the outer edge of the lash line ? I have tried a lot of tricks but find I have to look down or slightly pull the tissue and then they don’t match ❤❤❤❤

Yeah that can be tricky. I would say to look down ultimately it will look a little different with each tip... one may look different when you are looking straight and the other may cause it to look different when you are looking down. I'd say look down, then fill in looking straight ahead

Thank you I have been struggling with liner on my eyes and this makes it easier. Can you tell me if the product you put on a base is ok for mature eyes with some creepiness? Also my eyelids are dry and sometimes get flakey. I want a base that is not cakey and helps to even out discoloration. Thanks

That is Danessa Myricks. Those are just liquid shadows basically. I know they dry down super fast from watching other reviews...but never tried yet. I know what you mean mine are too. I have to moisturize and I will dab a little face oil or rose hype oil because my eyelids can get flaky. I've tried so many primer bases. I find that my favorite is from sigma. They're eyeshadow base primer sticks. I have fair neutral skin and I use the shade persuade (pink shade) they have a yellow one called ignite as well. They are creamy and easily remove discoloration.

Yes, you may have to play around with the thickness of the outer line but definitely can make it work!

What do you do with the space between where the liner gets winged out and the end of the eye? Fill it in with the shadow from the lower lash line?

Hi Gale! I rotate serums between Revitalash and Grande Lash ... those are my go tos... Neu lash works well too but my faves are Grande and Revitalash I find I have to rotate every few months

I wouldn't say better.... different... I. use the MAC paint pot as more of a primer, the Danessa Myricks I usually wear as my lid color.. this particular shade works well as a primer ...I like it I wouldn't say necessarily more than MAC though.
