Hi Longchamp lovers! I understand not everyone likes to add permanent grommets/eyelets to their pouch. In this video I'll show you another way you can still enjoy a chain / strap option on your Longchamp Le Pliage pouch with handle / cosmetic pouch. No tools needed! I'm a longchamp employee and what we do is attach the chain in the last whole of the scarf . No use any ring is simpler than that . Hope you try the idea and see how it goes 😉

Awesome. Thanks for commenting. So at Longchamp you do present these pouches with a chain and scarf - as ‘mini bags’? That’s nice. I haven’t seen them presented like that before. I’m using the rings because I feel like it secures everything more when actually using the pouch. Maybe the scarf would unravel easily without it? It happens sometimes with my bag scarfs when they are just wrapped around the handles. Anyway thanks for sharing - I will try it without the rings 🤍

Sandys you're just brilliant. I've 2 small Longchamp bags and don't use them as it's not practical to hold in one's hand, the dog leach in the other. Thank you ever so much for your genius ways of adapting these tiny bags. Happy lunar.

Hi Sandy, this is a great idea! I have another problem with my bag shoulder strap. It's the type where you press in the metal knob into a hole with a small slit. The hole seems a little too big for the metal head and it come out often. Could you kindly give me an idea how to fix this problem?

Hi Jane, ah I get what you mean. I'm not sure if you can tighten the hole after the material is stretched. It is a leather strap I assume? Perhaps punching a new hole with a tool like this would be your best option: amzn.to/3XDFczM (aff. link) . I would punch the hole a bit smaller than the size of the metal knob. If you are not sure - better to punch it too small first as you can still adjust/make it larger after. Or maybe you can also take it to your local cobbler to punch a new hole. Let me know how it went 🤍
