Nice. Did they ever fix the compatibility on a Mac? I could never use their software on my computer.

Hey there. Kittl works in your browser, so it is not OS dependent. It works well on both PC and MAC with no issues.

@@Kittldesign ⁠but the issue is it didn’t work. Always crashed making it unusable. Tech support never helped so canceled.

@@MikeDezinesbyEM Sorry to hear this. We're not entirely sure what the issue for you was, as Kittl runs in the browser, and is based on WiFi strength. (Or ethernet strength). Perhaps there were some browser limitations, plug ins, ad blockers, or otherwise that was causing interruptions. Either way, we apologize for the frustration and inconvenience. And we appreciate you checking out the video here.

@@Kittldesignwhich video are you referring to to check out? I would save a project but when I came back it was corrupted and unusable.

To the error you have referenced, there was an issue with saving projects in the past, but only for a short amount of time that was restored quickly. Perhaps you were using Kittl in that timeframe.
