Wow what a coincidence Being a college student I needed this video badly and I have subscribed your channel recently so it was helpful ❤️ But want some more tips for people like me who can't go gym for time issues and wanna stay fit at home (doing home workouts) But whenever I search on KZfaq they speak in such language which only an gym going will understand so requesting u to make as your channel is one of the best channels who explain in easy language ❤️
