Location is super good with MRT and shopping just 10 min walking away. Main issue is whether the building structure is strong enough to withstand another few more years. In the video, i saw a few traces of water leakage marks?! After buying, it needs to renovate all sewage and aircon piping, ceiling for waterproofing.

Despite approx 1100sq ft, all the rooms and kitchen are narrow. Where did the space go to ?
