EAST LOS - PART TWO Click here. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/jLyhfKuYsK-6Zpc.html For the people who’ve been asking when I’m going to post another video. My team and I have multiple projects in various stages of development. Please be patient as we are focusing on QUALITY, not quantity. Meanwhile, follow me on Instagram for throwbacks and updates. instagram.com/mannyjimenezsr Also, to answer everyone's question regarding making this into a movie and/or a TV series - We need the views, likes, subscribers and comments. We need to show studios, TV networks, and streaming services that there’s a demand for this type of content. This will help get their attention. We would love to make East Los into a TV series, like The Sopranos but our culture. There are so many movies and TV shows these days - so what makes these stories so special? You and I know why. They don’t. Yet. HELP us make some noise so we can make these on a bigger platform. Please REPOST on ALL of your social media platforms. It’s all about the fans. We truly appreciate all of your views, likes and comments, as well as everybody who subscribed this far. Lastly, constructive criticism is welcome. We understand that this may not be your cup of tea, and that’s OK, but all that we ask is to please keep the comments respectful. Sending pure gratitude from the team and I. If you grew up in East L.A. there was nothing but gangs everwhere. But if you got in a gang you better stick to it because if you try to get out you are dead. But if you were not in a gang you live a better life. All my family grew up im East L.A. and never in a gang, my bro's were all Graduates of high school. They all have good jobs. And they all move out of East L.A to live a better life for their kids. And I thank God they did. Living in a better environment for their good.
@natividadjoaquin27715 жыл бұрын
Out of 7 kids that my family are, I'm the only one in my family that stood in East L.A. Why? Because I was the last one that stood to take care of my parents. Until my father Died in 2009, I was devastated, and had to take care of my mom. But all the years I've been living in East L.A. I haven't had any problem with anyone, or cause any problems. I nevered had any bad situations what's so ever. If you mind your own business people will respect you, but if you have problems you better watch what you say around your neighborhood. Theirs alot of violence near Boyle Heights at night, so lock up your cars going around that area.

I love East L.A. , i grew up there . Sometimes my co-workers ask me where are the best places to eat , i tell them but i hate the fact that i got to warn them because it might be in a bad neighborhood . It embarrasses me sometimes . If East L.A. was completely united to keep the violence at a all time low . I'll still take pride but it'll feel a great sense of relief .

Just like that It continues to occur when you leave the house and never return. Weather you die out in the streets or weather you go out and kill someone and your wife/kids never get to see you again. Lives are changed forever because of the wrong choices one makes. Mothers never see their kids again and it's so sad that we're all killing ourselves.

Damn homie keep it 100... to hell if anyone says negative. Those are the people that haven't had to live like that and fortunate for them. It is a fast vida but a short one lived.. everyone gets caught up in that onda when all it really is, Is the hype of feeling invincible and the false pride and respect. It is unfortunate that a lot of homies are locked up and/or dead. But your right homie you said "this one night changed your life" that's all it takes is 1 time to wake up... Keep the videos coming bro, show there is an upscale to the downhill approach that alot of us that had to live like this or was put into this or even persuaded to go along with this type of lifestyle. Not many get a choice homie tu sabes. We are better than this ....!

My great aunt and uncle lived in Boyle Heights long ago in the 1930s and early 1940s. Back then there were Asian and Eastern Europeans still in that area. My uncle remembered the pachucos and the Zoot Suit riots. Then like the other Japanese Americans in 1942 he was sent to an internment camp. People always say shit about East LA but its a rich cultural area where people live and work and play and try to survive despite the crime. ❤

I’m from northern ca and I have to say to all your viewers this is good stuff meaning that this is how a lot of us grew up and it’s also very sad because it took me a very long time to realize that we are all Mexicans or Latinos Hispanic or Chicano and should not be doing this to each other we should be positive influences to our kids so the killing stops, I like the video it’s raw and pure and authentic, maybe this will scare some kids or even adults who think this is the life they want, until it’s there time to be the victim. I will subscribe to help your cause brother.
@jordanflores5687 Жыл бұрын
We're all ppl foh with the Mexican latinos b.s. nobody should be doin this to each other no matter what color race or nationality you are were all ppl just tryna live and enjoy what's already a s****y life why make it s******r were all the same
@abrahamgonzalez30095 ай бұрын
It's not so much that it should emphasize fear, but the reasoning of how many within their own are killing each other while other people have prospered economically, leaving us behind. This is, however, sad. It reminds me a lot of John B. Calhoun's mouse Utopia experiment. The only difference is one being a social circumstance of mice with abundant resources while the other of humans living with limited resources. I can only hope for my Chicano brothers to smarten-up some day by realizing their powerful potential of getting along with each other to prosper collectively. However, the continuation of feelings of resentment, pride, and egoism will continue to self- destruct our communities.

Goes to show you the loyalty these soldiers had for their own and neighborhood. Even till they were old men and dying, they hatred for a certain street gang was still there...
