Looking back, Madeline Duggan looks more like Jo Joyners' daughter than Jacqueline Jossa, but Jossa does a good job of playing the same character to the point you could swap their faces and not even notice a difference. They casted Lauren so well. The same could not be said for a few characters on the show, such as Ben or Sam Mitchell. For the latter, Daniella Westbrook and Kim Medcalf are radically different actresses, ignoring the different faces (as a given), the character is essentially the physical manifestation of Doctor Jeckyll and Mr Hyde, they play the same character's NAME but not the same character.

I can see why they wanted to get rid of this Lauren. She didn’t have enough energy and there were times when you could barely hear what she was saying because she spoke so quietly.

Although this one was prettier (she actually looks a bit like Angelina Jolie) I get confused between madeline duggan and jacqueline jossa. They look a bit similar?? I haven't watched the show in years so its all managed to get me confused.

they changed lauren coz she looked like a child and not a 16 year old girl. it was the same with lucy and peter

I'm not saying the new one wasn't good I didn't understand why she was replaced though

George, she was not a rubbish actor. Dont try and make it act out like she is one because she is better than the new one Jacqueline Jossa cause Jacqueline Jossa is much more less fun than this old Lauren.
