Recipe for traditional Easter Mazurek (kajmakowy).

Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups of wheat flour
1/2 cup of powdered sugar
1 package (16g) of vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon of baking powder
200g butter or margarine
salt
3 tablespoons of kajmak mass
marmalade or jam

Dried cranberries
Italian nuts
almond flakes
candied fruit
