not sure whats the best strategy here but I think if you want to beat ALizhan, you need to attack him aswell or he will use a passive position to explode and he will most likely explode harder than his opponent can resist.

@@A_Mystery_Man no.. alizhan would easily force you in a Deep hook if you try to High hook him. There are Just 2 possible strategy. Be stronger in the Deep hook(Is not important being strong in setting It, alizhan Is going to bring you there anyway) or being a low hand toproller Like laletin, because that's the best way to attack a Deep hooker, you have to Attack that pinky.

Левая рука у Алижана прям нереальная, он поднялся в весе потому что тупо не было соперников, так же поступил и Кыдыргали, оба борются с соперниками которые значительно крупнее и опытнее, но показывают высшее мастерство

@@A_Mystery_Man Sir am i true? 1- If someone wants to toproll, he should pronate. 2- If someone wants to use shoulder press, he should not rotate his arm, neither supination nor pronation. He just uses arm with flop press. 3- If someone wants to hook, that hook could be inside or outside, he should supinate.

@@oldwolfp Ideally in a shoulder press you still want to keep your wrist. With supination, your goal is to touch your arm against your opponent's arm. You can bend your wrist, but still be in a toproll position. There are lots of different options depending on your strengths

Ermes he needs to be more humble , every time in the press conference says he broke everyone but it's not the first time happen to be smashed on the table . Just because you lift high weight doesn't mean you are the strongest . same with Davon he said he has chicken biceps but in the end he got smashed badly .
