*IDEA ALERT!* I think it would be great to see her make one decadent dessert, immediately followed by a healthier version...then bake them both and do a taste test. I love made from ingredients,rather than quick foods but since,I don't eat much in the sweets,I would do your receipes, because actually you are making everything from ingredients that have to be made. Some ingredients are not available all year,so frozen and canned are great. Watching your videos,encourages me to try some. I don't know how you stay so small. Since you use the juices from your fruit you are not adding a lot of sugar. Do you try these recipes in advance or just make up as you create? Do you have a cookbook? I like how you use fruit in most all of your recipes. I hope you have a large family, or have someone to share all these delicious desserts

You can make lemon pudding from a box. It's less expensive than a can of lemon cream pie filling.

Making lemon Puri grated lemon vanilla powdered sugar lemon juice make sure you use the whole lemon to get the lemon pieces which will taste better and a little bit of sweetened condensed milk mix it all together and then layered over the top

With the cake mix it's wiser and healthier to use frozen pineapple with your frozen strawberries even though you have excess liquid is probably much wiser to use the whole cake mix because besides adding the butter it'll become more liquefied but giving you an idea to use the more healthier way of the Frozen fruits with cake mix I have been adding blueberries to your strawberries pineapple and blueberries and then add cake mix you could also put a little bit of vanilla in it besides your cake mix then add your lightweight Cool Whip the top it off

You also could use orange great the orange peel get some orange juice powdered sugar sweetened condensed milk and some vanilla mix it all together and they put that all over the top of your sugar cookie balls get some sprinkles to make it more pretty very yummy

I love to make my own homemade lemon creme but canned can be handy. I'd just probably zest a lemon to sprinkle over the canned. great recipes and Ive saved them all to my favorites. great for summer time when you don't want to fuss.

You can also replace the water in brownies with coffee. It jusy adds a richness. You dont taste the coffee, but it really makes it better.

I would make these differently, I'd add the sugar cookies then the cream cheese, top with cookie crumbs then pour lemon over it and top once again with cookie crumbs and bake and then cut into squares after it cools down...

as to the dump cake, i use a smaller casserole dish, use 1 can of the pineapple, 1 can of fruit pie filling, 1 box white or yellow cake mix, but i'll have to try your type, and 1 stick of butter. pretty much like yours, but just slightly different.

Definitely should have bot my own Lemon Curd! No regrets at all and no aftertaste!

I think also too if you didn't have ice cream and can't have any Cool Whip or you can't find it or you can't make it the way people are buying stuff the other thing that would probably be really good is like the either strawberry or pineapple yogurt and put that in there but some people may not like it take heavy whipping cream and put some like grated lemon mix it with lemon or strawberry Jell-O that way it kind of will change the heavy whipping cream which would be a neat idea for an extra beautiful dessert
