This one is very simple and delicious. A tip for you is to let it cook down on a wire rack before cutting. May be use a pair kitchen scissors over the rack to keep the skin scrip.

I’m back to say I’ve used this recipe soo many time. I do a different seasoning (Japanese karaage dry mix) but my whole family agrees it’s to most juice chicken they’ve ever had! Thanks as I got some serious brownie points with this meal 👍

Hi - attempted the chicken in a xxl smart sensor. 1.6kg was told to do it for 75min Chicken was great but the skin was almost burnt after 20min on one side. This resulting in skin that was over cooked. Any thoughts on this please as the meat was really nice but could not enjoy it with the skin
