Fluffy japanese souffle pancakes for breakfast in 5 minutes! Gluten free recipe!
Ingredients:
2 eggs
separate the whites from yolks
1 tbsp sweetener(stevia/or your choice)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
20 ml of your favorite milk(1 1/2 tbsp)
30 g rice flour(~1/4 cup)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
on medium heat, 2-3 minutes on each side, depending on how thick the dough is
