Here are the measurements in inches, though it will be slightly larger with these measurements.Cut at 4" x 9 ½". Score at 2 ¾" and 5 ½" and just a little bit over 8 ¼" (to make sure it can fold over itself and doesn't bulge). Slice large corner off first panel and 2 small corners on either side of the small panel (to create the envelope look). The white insert is cut at 2 ¼" x 3 ½". The belly band is 1 ¼" by 6 ½" scored at 1 ¾" and 4 ½".
