12-15 pieces of potatoes,
Spices, Provencal herbs, 🌿
Paprika,
salt,
garlic (2,3 cloves),
Oil 50 g
Butter 30 g
Bacon 200 g
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into pieces (straws). Add spices, salt, oil, garlic and mix. Put the parchment on a baking sheet and lay out the potatoes evenly and rub butter, sprinkle. Cover with parchment on top.
In the oven for 25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. After 25 minutes, carefully remove the parchment and distribute the bacon on top, as in the video, and bake for 10 minutes until golden.
For the sauce, add dill greens, yogurt or sour cream with mustard from whole grains and mix! Transfer the potatoes to a plate and enjoy the taste!
