Silicone Baking Sheets:amzn.to/2OVyVyK
Cutting Board/Serving Board: amzn.to/2PjvpgF
Chorizo & Cheese:
1 package of Phyllo dough defrosted
1/4 cup butter melted
1 lb of ground chorizo
1/2 cup of cheese of your choice
Cook Chorizo in skillet till browned
Roll into phyllo dough with cheese
Coat in butter and place on cookie tray
Cook 15 minutes 350 degrees or until golden brown
Dipping Sauce:
1/2 cup of greek yogart
1/2 lemon
3-4 basil leaves
Salt and Pepper to Taste
1 clove of fresh garlic
Mix together and serve in side dish
Mushroom & Onion Phyllo Flatbread
1 package of Phyllo Dough
1/4 cup butter melted
3 medium onions
1 packaged of sliced mushrooms
3-5 tablespoons of Balsamic Dressing of your choice
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 cloves of fresh garlic
Lay Phyllo in cookie try well buttered
In a Skillet simmer onions and mushrooms
Add Salt, pepper and garlic
Pour in balsamic and stir and let reduce
Pour filling inside phyllo crust and bake on 350 degrees for 20 minutes
Broil for 5 additional minutes
Cut than serve!

YUM!!! These both look delicious, Rebecca! I don’t know why I’ve never thought of using phyllo dough for flatbread before. That’s such a great idea. I’m definitely trying that one! I had to stop this a few minutes in and make something to eat, my goodness that looks delish! I learned what chorizo is and I'm excited to try it! Also I'm from Pennsy and used to go to New Hope often when we lived in Bethlehem ... I wonder if we ever passed by one another :)
