Easy Avocado Egg Salad Recipe

I can’t stop making this avocado egg salad recipe! It’s quick to make, creamy, and so tasty. The avocado is so creamy, and the eggs keep me full for hours! Recipe: www.inspiredtaste.net/23087/e...
This egg salad combines two of our favorite things: eggs and avocado. In addition to the avocado, we add a little mayonnaise for moisture, celery for crunch, fresh herbs and a small amount of lemon juice to brighten things up.

just a small life hack: if u put some salt in the water while eggs are boiling, the shell will come off esily

I watched this all the way through because the kitchen they're using is SO clean! It makes my little OCD heart sing. I will try the recipe, also. This would be something easy to make on the weekends.

When the avocado is completely ripe and mayo added, it is nice and creamy....I like it with parsley seasoning on toasted sourdough bread! Much enjoyed....Thanks!

Love this recipe, tried it today. I substituted cream cheese for the mayo. I recommend trying it! Next time I'll use more cream cheese and add some salsa.

Yummy. I think I'lll add a little red hot chilli pepper flakes or minced jalapeño to spice it up a little. Of course I could also top it with a little fermented kimchi.

you should break the shell of under water shortly after they are done. the shell comes off easy while its warm

This is our favorite dish to take to the beach. We add avocados at the beach because they turn color if put in too soon.

We both are one of a kind I love avocados I even have plants instead of palm trees nothing to it I just put them on the ground or in the pot I eat two avocado every day yummy

The shell is easier to remove afterwards if you submerge and cook the egg once the water starts to boil.

You can peel your boiled eggs a lot more easily with a spoon.

Did you know you can save precious heat/energy by simple putting the eggs in cold water, then bringing to a boil and then switch it off to let the leftover heat perfectly cook the eggs? Imagine if everyone would do such a simple thing, how much energy we could save
