I hope you enjoy this VERY chatty and very simple beaded safety pin tutorial! These are just like the old school friendship pins we used to make in the 80's but I'm using them as journal charms! Wow! This brings me back to my elementary years in the 80's! We also used to make friendship pins with the little colored seed beads. These look so fun to revisit and make some for my journal! Safe pin friendship charm came out so cute. Like the idea of charm friendship safe pin charm for your junk journal. It makes junk look so so cute and when you have decorated junk journal you can’t stop junk journal every thing day.

Leah, I have a request: could you please show different solutions for "chunky ephemera"? I have problems on how to add park maps for example, usually because 1 I dont want to glue them to the page, 2 I want to be able to see the front of the map so a paper pocket would not work. I would love to sse different solutions for this type of ephemera (transpoarent pockets, maybe??)

For sure! I actually just add chunky ephemera all the time:)) I have many process videos here and on tiktok🫶 I also just posted a short adding fabric and another using a park map:)
