📝 INGREDIENTS for the cookie dough:
✔️ 6 large room temperature eggs + a pinch of salt
✔️ 80 gr of sugar
✔️ the zest of half an organic lemon
✔️ the zest of half an organic orange
✔️ 80 gr of sunflower seed oil
✔️ 50 g of "00" flour
✔️ 30 gr of potato starch
📝 INGREDIENTS for the filling:
✔️ 400 gr of nutella
✔️ 250 ml of fresh whipping cream
✔️ 1 tablespoon full of sugar
📝 INGREDIENTS for the bath:
✔️ 10 - 12 tablespoons of water
✔️ 2 tablespoons of sugar
✔️ 2 tablespoons of maraschino (or the liqueur of your choice)
✔️ a few pieces of orange zest
📝 INGREDIENTS for the final decoration:
✔️ 50 gr of nutella
✔️ 500 gr of fresh whipping cream
✔️ 3 tablespoons of sugar
✔️ pistachio and hazelnut grain
✔️ roses: petals and leaves in sugar paste or real
✔️ Perugina kisses
✔️ 30 gr of extra dark chocolate (for the writing... optional)
♨ COOKING:
✔️ 15 minutes at 180°, 35x35 oven pan

Ciao Marta! Sono sbalordito dalla tua bravura e creatività nelle decorazioni. Quanto ho riso quando hai fatto la prova assaggio e devo dire che questa girella mi piace anche senza panna sopra. Mi hai dato lo spunto per rifarla con la confettura. Di solito la pasta biscotto quando l'arrotolo si rompe e questa è una bella idea anche per una torta da credenza. Buona serata!
