I also did the black kidney grill and changed the door lights to BMW that shine on the grown when the door is open. I got a 2021 X1 as a loaner car when my 330 was in for maintenance, and it had X1 that shined down... I can’t decide if I like it on my 330 or not. 🤔 but you give me confidence to try some updates myself! I will give one tip for anybody replacing the kidney girl the best time to do it is in warm weather!! The plastic is more malmble.

To be honest, I‘ve never done any modifications to my car before but since I got my base model F30, I‘ve come upon your videos which motivated me to work on my car. At the start I did the black kidney grill and the M Door mirror caps. As I don‘t have a facelift model, the next modification I went for were the clear rear lights from the facelift model from VLand, which were really hard to install, since they didn‘t fit correctly. But i thought nothing could be as hard as that! :D So next things I got where the M-Steering Wheel and the M Shift Knob (i have a manual). Yesterday I installed a black interior roof, which turned out to be way trickier than I expected. All in all I‘m in love with the car and with the modifications I did i love it even more!

Loving that interior! Nice! I just got a 2015 650i F06, and the first things I did was install the black gloss kidney grille and install floating center caps on the wheels. Piece of advice concerning your neck: Make an appointment to get an MRI. You're young now, but small injuries to the spine can come back to bite you. I hurt my neck 20+ years ago in the navy. It only nagged me from time to time, but in 2019, the compression on my cervical spinal cord was severe enough to cause serious problems. I had to have a fusion to fix it, and I wish I'd seen an orthopaedic surgeon sooner and had it treated. Good job on the videos!

Your build has basically inspired me to do this with my 2015 320i. I kinda took the cheaper route and just got the huge muffler deleted from my car and it sounds good! Currently in the shop getting done deer damage fixed and a new M bumper put on the front. Also i see you like to skate too! Same here! And i know the struggle of having your board fling around all over the place. So i would love to create, 3d print, and send you some board clips for the trunk if thats something you think you would often use. I have a set in mine that fit perfectly over the top of my 12 inch sub box

Hey just watched one of your videos, this has nothing to do with BMW’s but it’s to do with your neck! Next time you mess up your neck, find someone in your area that does “IMS” ( Intramuscular stimulation ) I’ve had crazy whiplash in the past, usually from a fall like off the house…lol. But I swear by this procedure, no meds required, most cases, fixes the issue in one two sessions. BTW, like your videos, very clearly explained, easy to follow.

I had that phone mount. Stiffer suspension and low pro tires makes for a bit of a rough ride and the magnet just wasn't enough to hold the phone. It kept falling off (of course, this includes Michigan roads)

Will the phone holder work with an otterbox? Also, anytime you need a part for your BMW order from a dealership on the east coast. They are always cheaper than those on the west coast.

I really like the red seats. I don't now why, but in Norway the BMW's I have seen advertized almost always have black seats, I've never seen red. It is so boring. White or very light seats I don't want, as they easily becomes smudged. Apart from that I prefer the interior color of the car to be dark below dashboad hight (where it usually becomes dirty), and light colored above dashboard hight including the roof. To have it all black I think is rather awful.

Question for any pre 2018 F30 owners. Have any of you done your own diy mesh install for the front bumper? Apparently the 2017 m sports are really prone to having any of the radiators pictures because they’re really open to road debris. Thinking about putting some on mine.

Hey. For real for real, this is for the X6 fans and maybe others. But this is easily one of my favorite purchases for my X6. This is for Cell phone wireless charging in the car. This little F-Ing Gem is spot on. It fits absolutely flawless. Like it’s OEM doesn’t block anything not the cup holders or any vent or knob. But I bet some hand job will ask me. It blocks nothing. It’s super easy to install and you just thrown your phone on the thing and it cradles it and charges fast as hell. Boom. Nuff Said. I’m not kidding hands down the best charger ever. It also has a bunch of other ports. You read it. Go on Amazon and get this. Sold By Sighill wireless charger with QI. About $120. Trust Me. It’s a True 5 star product I don’t work for them either.

I think one good way is to change the grill, mirror covers, and wheels. There aren't too many modifications for GT. I have a 2016 335i GT.

I have a 2007 BMW 750Li, im not sure whats wrong with it but im pretty sure its a mix a of the alternator and ISM, it just simply wont start after letting it sit for a week. Not an ounce of life. Ive been saving money for a while now but refuse to pay the inspection fee from the dealer. Any tips or tricks or advice?

Just bought my 3rd bmw, first touring... F31 and will be the first car i mod. Just drove it home from FLorida to Michigan. what a trip, lots of fun, no issues with the car. And YES, the Michigan roads were BY FAR the worst of all seven states!!! Car already game with the black kindey grilles, black style 440M wheels, ceramic tinted windows, rear badge delete and carplay MMI. So many awesome things already done. Now considering performance mods... BM3 or JB4 tune, air intake, catless downpipes, charge pipe, intercooler. So happy to find that you have a website now! Also in michigan and would love to see you and your cars at a meet up if you go those around the area!

I'm totally the opposite with diy vids- I **NEED** to watch it while I do it. It's kinda like having a tutor right there with you. Me trying to read words, then perform the task can be... troubling... Also- I hope u get better from your injury. As I age (pushin 50) I find that all those cool sports things I ever wanted to try but never did... well, I just know any injuries may be debilitating and/or permanent. So unfortunately I chicken out now, even though I have the time & money :(
