You create a graph with the pattern/colours of the beads and then add beads to the loom in the order that's on paper.

Any cross stitch pattern can be used. Each square equals one bead in that color.

Beautiful work, but if it's a step by step tutorial, you should slow it down some. You didn't show you to make all the parts for the 3:33 necklace or how you connected it together. Maybe you can create another video showing us step by step & this time on one necklace? What's the measurements of your homemade loom?

Probably 11/0 delica seed beads. Most beading threads are nylon or polyester a specific brand being Nymo thead, most common size is size B.

Instead of nails on the loom I use a spring it keeps the threads separated and you can get more threads on the loom.
