I tried this recipe, to be honest the bread absorbs so much oil. So, i would prefer to coat the aloo paste in bread with besan it would be really 😋 tasty.

Coating krne k liye maida k Pani mai dip krk talna best rahega...oil free bange. Aur roll bana kr pahle kuch dair freezer mai rakhna bhi ek best option ho sakta h

You may even dip it in cornstarch slurry before rolling it in the breadcrumbs will help the bread crumbs stick better and less oily
