That makes for a well balanced breakfast that will keep one going all morning long! A friend recommended to me for scrambled eggs, add a couple of pats of butter when they are about 3/4 done. Adds extra flavor and creaminess to the eggs. It’s been only in the last five years we have seen an influx of Mexican supplies here in the South Eastern EU. Been here for 16 years and it’s a blessing we can now find various supplies for our cooking needs.

If you want to shorten the cooking time of the potatoes, put them in the microwave while cutting the bellpeppers. Then the potatoes are already cooked you only have to brown them 🤗
