I love this ❤ I wondered though, as a quilt, how does it wash? Will the ends fray and make it fuzzy-ish or would they fray and then the pieces could come off? I’ve not done appliqué that has raw edges before. Again, I think this is a beautiful block.

Well I would do 1/4” iron on adhesive on all edges, that way it would help with fraying and the block would not be stiff. Pat sloan videos on KZfaq shows this technique.
