We are starting off our very first KZfaq episode with a classic: how to make an easy cheese + charcuterie board with @Cheese_gal . After all, it was where I got my start, so I had to pay homage to my namesake. Cheeseboards as we know them, have taken the internet by storm in the last few years. They tend to be intimidating. But - if you use my step-by-step process, you will feel absolutely confident in your skills. In this video, we make a board together from start to finish. We talk through how to select cheeses, how to cut the cheese ( lol sorry), walk through the layering process, and finish it up with my favorite step: garnishing! By the end of this episode, you will feel absolutely confident that you too can make a fabulous board in your kitchen at a moment's notice.
