My one of a kind easy Chicken Alfredo recipe from scratch. Once you try this recipe you will never go back to the stuff in a jar. This is a tasty way to hide vegetables from picky eaters...although the calorie count defeats any of that effort. Paired with a salad and fresh French bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar dip...so tasty!

Priscilla I just wanted to say I am a woman and I'm single and I do not like to cook. However I was raised with a mother who was a gourmet cook. So I know good food I was around it a lot but I still don't like cooking. Priscilla I love watching you cook I think your meals look amazing truly amazing the colors the textures what you create is your own style and it always looks so delicious I can barely stand it. Please don't question yourself so much I think on this particular video you know you were kind of apologizing for how you do things and the way you do things is awesome it's perfect it's just the way you do it is perfect and everything looks great I just want to say I like it when you're just being the real you and not having to worry about what other people think or what they want to do. I know I'm here to watch how you do it cuz you're a great awesome cook I can tell it's just so obvious.

Hi Percilla (I am super sorry if I spelled your name wrong) I’m 13 and I love cooking. I love your channel and it has inspired me to make new things. A few months ago I only made things like pizza and pasta but now I am making things like chicken parm , steak and roasts. Bella The Bubbly Brunette I am 12 and I love cooking too my dad inspired me because he started to work at a barbecue restraunt including his other job and he would come home smelling so good! I was also interested in baking but I found out that the measurements have to be exact. So I chose cooking. My dad let me come for a day to his restraunt to help grill and it was so fun and it brought my stress level down. A nice recipe that I made was potatoes with cheese bacon and what ever you want but in a different style. Potato recipe: Cut however many potatoes into cubes. Oil the pan you will use. Put the cubed potatoes in the pan. Add peperika,Mrs dash and any other seasonings that you like. Put a lid on the pan to trap heat. Once the potatoes are cooked you can add the cheese then and there or put it in the oven to melt the cheese. If you choose to add the cheese when potatoes are on the stove put the cheese on then put the lid back on to melt the cheese. Then you can serve Note: you can add more toppings.

I live by myself and am vegetarian. No I do not need help with converting recipes, don't worry! I like to make big batches of stuff to have leftovers so I don't have to cook every night. I might make this sometime this week. I did make chicken piccata last night. I had everything for it except for the heavy cream and lemons. I used italian style bread crumbs and vegetable oil. I used the whole thing of heavy cream and half of a full chicken broth container, added a littke bit of sugar to subside the sourness from the lemon juice. And added parmesan cheese that comes in a jar thay you would put on top of spaghetti after you get done cooking it. I absolutely loved it.

I made this on Monday night and it was the first time my homemade sauce turned out perfect! I had never used cream cheese in my sauce, normally I use flour to thicken the sauce. Your recipe was perfect (I didn't have zucchini but I did make onions with the balsamic vinegar, it was excellent). I did add in juice from a fresh lemon to make it lemon spaghetti. Thank you!

I was inspired by this video and followed your cooking technique for this dish with ingredients I had on hand so lots of substitutes! It came out delicious! I used leftover grilled chicken so I just warmed it up in the sauce. As far as the veggies, I had broccoli that was giving me dirty looks so I used that with worcestershire sauce & steamed/ sauteed like you did. For the sauce, I wanted it as sexy as yours but I didn't have cream cheese or heavy cream so I used 2 sticks of butter also added jack cheese & melted everything then added my chicken then my "we tried to make it taste like sour cream" marinated plain yogurt as well as two eggs.

Well it's two years since this video and I tried the recipe today. I made it to the letter as per your instructions. It's very rich and so much better than store bought. I wish I had made a salad to go with it as I think that may have reduced the richness of the dish..... I am 75 why didn't I get this recipe before LOL LOL. Also congratulations on the weight loss you look great in your current videos. If I hadn't watched this old vlog I wouldn't have known. Keep it up, it's hard as I know from personal experience.

i have never made Alfredo with zucchini or yellow squash i need to try that. i love making mine with broccoli spinach or Brussels sprouts.
