Majkl shows in this video how to make couscous curry salad. The recipe is very simple and ideal for students.
Ingredients for 6 portions:
360g couscous (about 60 grams per person)
2 chicken breasts (optional, or you can use tofu instead)
4 garlic cloves
2 onions
2 carrots
3 tomatoes
3 bells peppers (ideally red, green and yellow for nice colors)
150g chickpeas (pre-cooked)
2 spoons of curry madras
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of ground pepper
2 green onions for garnish
some dandelion flowers to garnish
water 650ml (ratio water to couscous is about 1.8 to 1)
