Almost everything is spot on, in my peanut opinion it’s THE CHIC STOCK that gets me. It’s like ya know, ya gotta open up a big ol thing to retain a little of it, you know the rest but thx and organic is a tip to spread the ❤.

Need to put it in more of the flour mix then ..sound like you had more of the egg on it n not enough of the flour seasoning on it afterwards

You want to start with olive oil, they left that out, I add the butter when the chicken is already in the pan. Because you do need some butter for the sauce, but you want to fry the chicken in the oil 😁

She had oil in the pan before adding the butter! Which will prevent the butter from burning.

Add some butter to a hot pan. But you neglected to mention that the hot pan already had oil in it without which the butter would burn before the chicken was done. What’s the point?
