I have now made this a few times. Highly recommend. It's foolproof, never goes wrong. It's so simple and easy that I was amazed by the results...... Super soft, moist & yummy cup cakes. I just used a little less sugar because I like it less sweet.

@@pinkypinky3760 I just use instant coffee in sachet which already had sugar and creamer, it's fine. Or if you want to use coffee granules, for 1 cup water put 2 teaspoons coffee granules, and 1 tbsp sugar or skip the sugar.

A fabulous success! I topped them with your cream cheese frosting that goes on your red velvet cake and it made an excellent pairing. I made these cupcakes for dessert for after we finished fasting yesterday and they really were soo delicious...super moist, really easy to make with clear instructions! I personally wanted the frosting a little sweeter so I added a bit more powdered sugar but the consistency was excellent for piping! Finally got my piping to look beautiful on a cupcake! 💯

I made these for my 4y on his birthday and they were a huge hit!! I read somewhere to add a pinch of cinnamon to the icing to bring out the chocolate flavor, so I did that and it was so yum!! I also did 4oz of coffee and 4 oz of Buttermilk instead of all coffee and only added a teaspoon of vinegar! They were the easiest to make and also yummiest chocolate cupcakes we've ever had! 😋

I made these chocolate cupcakes last night with your vanilla icing from the other video and oh my god they are so delicious together the cupcakes are nice and moist the icing is sooooooo good. I tried this recipe for the first time today “06/09/2021” and I must say, it came out absolutely perfect…..the only thing is I got 18 cupcakes instead of 12, but hey…..who’s mad ?! I’m not! 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻 more for me family! I really wish that I could of posted a picture here for you to see….

My vote is for low fat ice cream. Edy's used to make a reduced fat slow churned coffee ice milk that I can't find anymore at the one store that did carry it.

So I made these today and Oh MY GOSH!!!!! If I could bottle the smell and package the taste! Amazing and that "secret" ingredient (and because these are for both Syttende Mai and my granddaughter, extra chocolate chips) just made it all that much more so. Now, on the the buttercream frosting.

I’m making these today! Update: They turned out BEAUTiFUL like in the vid. They were rich and not at all sweet, if you only eat the cupcake itself. However, with the buttercream it’s in a whole new level! Really recommend the buttercream. Oh btw, choose your coffee wisely, if it’s for kids then use de-caffeinated, if it’s for like adults then use coffees like expresso. THE LEVEL OF CAFFEINE CHANGES THE SWEETNESS AND BITTERNESS.
