Nuts is a amazing source of vitamins, minerals & healthy fat. Making nuts milk at home is extremely easy and inexpensive.
Ingredients for my nuts milk:
- 2 cups rolled oats (170g)
- 1/2 cup almonds (65g)
-1/2 cup cashews (65g)
- 6 seedless dates
- 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract or powder (5ml)
- few drops of liquid stevia (optional)
- 1-2 litres of water to puree the nuts, the amount of water to add later is up to your taste.
