@DaintyDiaries I need to use my cricut maker3 for cutting fabric more than I do….love your creations. A great way to make an envelope cushion cover to make a perfect centre opening is- Cut 3 pieces of fabric all the same size need for cushion… Fold one piece of fabric in half wrong sides together and iron… Fold another piece wrong sides together in half, iron… then in half again iron to make crease, you will now have a 1/2 line and a 1/4 line once ironed… Then open fabric and fold again to 1/4 creased line making 1/8 crease once ironed then fold over again to 1/4 line making a double hem to the 1/4 crease. Give a good iron removing the halfway crease line. Assembly…. Place the front piece of fabric right side up, Place the fabric with double hem to 1/4 line right side down, Place fabric that is folded in half on top, Clip or pin together sewing all 4 sides, Overlock, ZigZag or use pinking shears to finish seams. Another option is to lay front piece right side face down, Lay double hemmed piece right side facing up and lay the piece folded in half on top, Sew all 4 sides and fray edges which looks great. Hope this makes sense Katherine as super easy 😊

I was reviewing & enjoying some of your older videos. I watched the one where the garden shack became the she shed. What did you do with all the paint cans?? When I moved house I sorted, filled half full cans w/ kitty litter so that they would be picked up on trash day. I arrived at my new house and... 14 yrs worth of old paint cans were in the garage.

Hey, I was able to bring them to my recycling centre, you pay a small fee and they will recycle/dispose of old paint cans and paint.

Keep an eye on second hand sites as some people sell them on if they don't use them x

I would suggest the joy, but if you want to do larger projects like fabric and wood, then the the Maker. The joy can do all these projects except the last project, it cannot cut fabric x
