EASY Crochet Bag - In-depth Tutorial for Beginners

This pattern is simple & easy. We're gonna use big yarn, so the bag will work up FAST as F boi!!! It's addictive! Once you made one, you're gonna keep making more and more 🧶🧶👌👌
Everything you need to know about this project (Yarn, Hook, etc.) is fully covered within the video. I hope you all have fun crocheting with this tutorial 💗💗💗
MEASUREMENTS:
With the recommended hook and yarn, It's gonna be 11 inches width and 8 inches height (without straps)
You can adjust width by working more/less chains for the foundation. Adjust height by adding/subtracting rounds/rows and this apply same to the straps!

Hello! I have always know how to crochet, but I’ve never been good at it till recently. I started a project and ran out of yarn. I ordered more but the yarn shade didn’t match 😢. So I had three rolls of yarn that I didn’t know what to do with. So I thought ‘why not make a bag’. I I stated searching for beginner friendly tutorials that would give me enough instruction to be able to do it without getting frustrated. So during my search I found this video. I decided to use it and it work super well for me! I was working with limited yarn and made the bag a little shorter than you said in the video and was panicking when I was doing the straps, but I was able to finish the bag and have some yarn leftover. I love the bag and will be buying more yarn to make another, and I will be checking out your channel for more projects that I could do in the future. 💙

Thank you for the wonderful tutorial :) also here is my advice for beginners bc it took me 2 attempts to get it right: 1. When you start a new row and make the first half crochet, put a stitch marker/Bobby pin into that first V. That way you can slip stitch into the 1st stitch every time 2. Once you crochet your 65 starter chain, fold it in half and measure it. The bag width should be 11 inches but you might need to do more or less stitches depending on the yarn and hook size you used.

I love your vids they are soo straightforward and easy.I was wondering what’s the difference between turning the pattern and not turning it ?hope this makes sense.

Hiii, tysm 💕 turning your work is for the sake of a straight joining line (when you look at your finished piece closely you see this line created by the chain 1 at the beginning of each round and slip-st to join round at each end, there’s this line that visible for crocheter like us, but it might be hard for someone who didn’t crochet the piece/customer to see it) so, if you don’t turn, the shape of your work is still gonna be just as good, expect for this “joining line” it will be tilted, and hence it’ll be visible for even someone doesn’t know crochet 💕🧶
