Just wanted to say I loved this video so much. Even if it was relatively fast, it was so good because the camera angles and perfect lighting with repeated steps made it so easy to follow when I slowed it down a bit. Then I was able to follow it on normal speed. Thank you!!! The first thing that wasn’t a scarf I have finally crocheted 😂 xD :D

To make leaf smaller, I shortened initial chain and eliminated treble crochet stitches. I made height increases and decreased as follows: Height increase: of SC, HDC, DC (multiples of DC in center for width of leaf); Height decreases: DC HDC, SC. Turned out great!

Had it at .5, still had to pause it sometimes. I'm not complaining it's just funny. I'm using these as the petals for a magnolia flower, i had some trouble finding a good tutorial, so I settled with trying to use a leaf pattern but with white yarn.
