Hi, I was thinking you could use a bigger size crochet hook so it makes the stitches bigger which will make the top bigger. Another way, you can use 5 squares for the lace bottom instead of 4 squares. But you also have to make your shoulder square (strap) 1 row bigger, otherwise it won't fit

Per the Craft Yarn Council, for a hook 4 mm the yarn is fine #2. I hope this information help you

Its a skein, 300g, 600 mtr. For me it feels like Light Worsted.

This tutorial is good for size small.
