4 Zucchini
2 eggs
50ml fresh milk
1 cup Breadcrumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
/2 cup White flour
Black pepper
Paprika

I watched several video's but followed your directions. 1st time EVER that I made CRISPY ZUCCHINI FRIES!!! I did use a gluten free flour, and a gluten free Xtra Crispy breading. Unbelievable! 😋

All this Ingredients sis mayron ako. Only Zucchini wala ako need ko buy muna. Like ko ito sis Zucchini fries sarap ito for merienda sis.

I made these today. Made a bigger mess than you though. I like your pasta tongs and i think i will use them the next time. These had good flavor. Crispy exterior and held their shape. Will definitely make them again. Thanks
