This cheesy garlic herb bread is delicious. It is easy to prepare. It is fluffy and soft like you are eating soft pillows. A soft yeast bread dough is made with sifted flour, milk, and an egg, then for the topping butter, garlic, mayonnaise, and basil which brings great flavor.
It can be served as an appetizer or snack, for lunch dinner, and brunch. The cheese garlic bread can be served with salads, meat roasts and so on.
Preheat the oven to 200°C or 400° F standard, 180°C or 356°F conventional oven Bake for 25-30 minutes

tsp means teaspoon
tbsp mean tablespoon
g mean grams
Min mean minutes
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup warm water
1 tbsp instant dry yeast
2 tbsp sugar
1 cup/240ml milk
Mix, cover & wait for 6-7 Min
Add
1 large egg
60g butter, melted
4 cups/540g bread flour
1 tsp salt
Knead for 5 min, cover & rest 20 min
Knead for 5 min, make a ball
Roll the ball, place in a parchment paper & rest for 30-40 min
Prepare
Garlic Topping
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp mayo
1 1/2 tbsp butter, softened
1 tsp honey -Optional
1 tbsp fresh basil
Pinch of red pepper
Chopped 230g mozzarella cheese
