RECIPE:
Ingredients
For the syrup
200 ml of water
200 g sugar
For the Cream
1.2 liters of milk
130 gr corn flour
150 g sugar
Two vanillas
Toasts Bread
400 ml sour cream
For the Overlay
200 ml heavy cream
250 gr couverture
Method
Start with the syrup, putting the water and sugar in a saucepan to boil for about 5 minutes.
Continue with the cream. Dissolve the corn flour in the cold milk in a bowl.
Then, put the sugar in a saucepan, pour the milk from the previous step and stir over medium heat, until the mixture becomes creamy.
When our cream is ready, take it off the heat and flavor it with the vanillas.
Then, place the toasts in a pan with dimensions of 32 × 28 cm and syrup with cold syrup.
Then, spread the warm cream, cover with cling film and put in the fridge for about 4 hours.
Continue and beat the cold cream to make whipped cream and spread it over the cold dessert (after 4 hours and after taking it out of the fridge).
Then we proceed to the preparation of the chocolate coating for our dessert. Melt the couverture together with the cream in a baking pan.
Finally, spread the warm chocolate over the dessert and put it in the fridge for an additional 1 hour before serving.
