I just finished this plant hanger and it is by far, the prettiest I have made. I had to use a combination of different shades of gray as none of my rolls had enough on them for the total cord. I am so pleased with how it turned out. Thank you for sharing your expertise.

J’ai terminé la suspension. Petit bémol: le fil 4 mm et le cerceau de 16 cm sont incompatibles. J’ai dû énormément forcer pour que les 3fois 10 fils tiennent. A part cela le résultat est top. C’est juste le petit conseil que je donne 😊

That is beautiful but what get me it’s that they never tell how long of the rope you cut mine always come out short and l hate when they say center meters why can’t say inches

I only have a 10 inch hope. Should I make the strands longer ?

@cindyrhew2711! You can definitely make the strands longer to accommodate the 10-inch hoop. Just be sure to cut the cords longer right from the start. If you need any further assistance or have any other questions, feel free to ask!

This is what I've figured out: You start with the 6 m and 3,2m ropes. Those will make the three main partitions. Use the 6 m ropes to make the spirals and the 3,2 m ropes are the ones inside the spiral. To make the section from which you hang the piece that is made with the square knot, use the 2 m cord. Once you insert the hoop, add the 30 1,9m ropes. And to close your work, use the 1 m cord. I think that's how it goes. Hope it helps

Petit conseil : entraînez vous a faire les noeuds de base grâce aux tutos que vous trouvez sur internet. Cela vous aidera ensuite a réaliser la suspension qui est proposée ici. C’est juste pour nous donner des idées de créations , charge à nous de maîtriser les différents noeuds.
