i did all this but the checkpoint gave me an error on automatic. its strange, it broke my SD, i wonder if that was a scam

I get the same error trying to use the generated .ckpt file from this site. I also don't know if it's something I'm doing wrong on my end. My .ckpt file is about 4gb. Any ideas? This Astria site is cool but a bit of a novelty to me unless I can use the .ckpt files I get from their tune functionality. *Edit: Apparently the .ckpt file from Astria's site works fine on NMKD gui. So the problem might be on my end with A1111

@@FelixRotary This was my post (replying to my own question...) regarding the Astria ckpt file, same applies for any generated model, it seems: OK, so the guys at the stable diffusion subreddit had the answer. The problem is that the ckpt file has some embedded python code, so you need to edit your webui-user.bat file and change the line: set COMMANDLINE_ARGS=--disable-safe-unpickle This will allow the ckpt file to properly load (and execute the fine-tuning script).

Dreambooth for free in Visions of Chaos is awesome. Two versions, VoC and WebGUI automatic. Needs a good GPU but local is great. Love your vids!

Hey Matt , fantastic vid! I got to try the astria one on myself and it did decent enough! But i do have a question, I named myself as sks person as you recommended, but if i want to add photos of my brother and make some for him, what would I call his sks class name? and bear in mind i will experiment and do for the whole family so if you could explain this part I would REALLY appreciate it!

Hey Matt I use Astria and I payed 3 bucks and I waited 30 min and it says enqueue and tried clicking the prompt I type and all I see is blank after waiting another 30 minutes

Seems like the downloaded .ckpt doesn't work in my local stable diffusion, the console comes up with an error stating TypeError: argument of type 'NoneType' is not iterable

so i did it and clicked "create" on astria, but it loaded for awhile and then went back to the create new area with all the prompts empty - is it now creating my finetune thing and will be done in 90ish minutes? or is it supposed to show me something else?

Yeah no idea, same situation as yours. Doesn't work is my guess, seems fishy.

Once you click “create” the model should begin fine tuning, and after 90 minutes it will generate some test images for you to look at when you click on your tune. If things seem weird it’s probably because of server overload. I think one person made the website, and it is having server issues.

[SOLUTION] So has anybody had any luck using Astria's ckpt file in Stable Diffusion? It would be nice if they provided a guide to do this. Like others here, I get a TypeError when attempting to load it.

OK, so the guys at the stable diffusion reddit had the answer. I been using Astria for for 3 hours now but every time I type in a prompt now. it keep showing me random people faces. I feel like people use “sks person” a lot as the class name the AI is generating random faces of People.

when i use person if the subject is a woman sometimes it adds facial hair depending on prompt or style.

This doesn't work, at least immediately it seems. Started processing at 6, now its almost 12. Seven hours, not 90 minutes. All my images are still enqueued as well despite both processing's being complete. It's just blank now while I wait, not really sure how long I have to as well. Kinda sucks considering I paid but it was only $3.00 anyways lol.

Or you can install dreambooth on your pc and train the images locally for free, but you need a really powerful gpu - like a 3090 at least

@@MattVidPro I think right now you need 10-12 gigs. RTX 3060 has 12 gigs. 3080 has 10 gb, 3080ti has 12gb. I see where someone said you can do it with 8GB but I would do 10-12 to just be safe.

It lets the model know that you are targeting that training data in basic terms it separates you from get generating random men for example

@MattViDPro - When you export Astria's CKPT, it throws a suspicious error in Automatic's WebUI. Not sure if false positive, but never got this before. Please let everyone know, just in case. "Exception: bad file inside C:\ai\stable-diffusion-webui\models\Stable-diffusion\4730-sd15.ckpt: 4730-sd15/data.pkl The file may be malicious, so the program is not going to read it. You can skip this check with --disable-safe-unpickle commandline argument."

Also, spoke to Astria on Twitter, and they told me it's a false positive. We had a short chat after which we agreed to have a ckpt checked by an impartial dev. I'm looking for one, but in the meantime, you have a much greater reach than I do - could you have someone (unrelated to Astria) take a look at the ckpt file you got? Maybe they can figure it out? I'm honestly hoping it really is a false positive, as the their implementation of dreambooth is so good and it helps people like myself to get their own ckpts!

That isn't even a large market. Think more about marketing/advertising photos and visuals. Have a new beer you want to market. Just take a few pictures with a phone and you can generate any visual or artwork of it. Have a piece of jwellery, just train and model and generate. No need for models, photographers or editors.

@@neonmasternelson1466 The status report is unfortunately confusing. The servers seem to be a little above capacity, so you have to both 1) wait your turn in line and 2) wait for the processing itself (1hr or so). Then, after training on your photos, you have to again 1) wait in line while your prompts queue (variable, minutes to hours depending on time of day) and 2) wait for the prompts to run (minutes). Anyway, have to say I'm blown away by the results! Video incoming...
