Fold it at that diagonal half mark, then, on the second outer crease, fold it so it makes a triangle, then slowly make triangle smaller. Hope that helps

It's not normal paper, it's origami paper, it's specially produced so it can eaaasily fold, just buy some they're not that hard to find
