I’ve watched so many of your videos on my TV. I’m re-watching this on my iPad so I can finally tell you how much I’ve been enjoying watching you craft. I also fly by the seat of my pants with absolutely no plans. You are more fearless though. 😀. I’ve tentatively dipped my toes into using more of a mixed-media’ish style after watching you dive fearlessly into it. I just got my kit today so I’m saving your video for reference. I’ve never used SSS’s ink pads before but they are juicy!!! I think I’ll have to get more colours. Thanks so much for inspiring a novice crafter!

I don’t ever do the “messy watercolor” style, but after seeing so many videos of you doing it, I think it’s time to give it a try. And this way, stamping & then spraying the image, I think is more me than actually “coloring outside the lines.” I got my kit last week but haven’t played with it yet, so I think I’ll give this a try this weekend. Thank you for the inspiration Amy. As always, you’ve made a very beautiful card. Simple, with just the one image, but it’s so lovely. Thank you!!

Fun! Fun! Fun! Another technique to try. Love the cards. Amy I really enjoy using the new SSS inks. Looking forward to the new colors to come out. I have other brands of stamp pads, but it seems I reach for the Simon inks most of the time. Thanks for sharing your creative process.

Beautiful cards. I especially loved the orange colorway I have one of those new t square rulers ordered. I hate the big floppy one I currently have. I know no one is ever going to complain to me that I put the sentiment on crooked, and they might not really even notice it per se. But the card won't look as nice with a crooked sentiment ... so I want it to be straight. Or I want to make it intentionally wonky.

Would Tim Holtz Distress Inks also work for this wonderful technique you create? Love the loose-y goose-y of this remarkable card you did. Always, thank you for your videos🥰

they'll work but you will prolly need to stamp them a few times (Distress Inks are awesome for water techniques but they don't stamp too well - but if you're using a Misti or stamp positioner and stamp them multiple times it should work just fine)

Great cards…simple and elegant! Question tho…when popping these in the mail, do you need to add an additional piece of card stock atop the card front to make it USPS friendly … or do u need to take into PO to have it hand cancelled? I generally use Stickles to avoid the hassle but your bling is so clean and crisp crisp that I may just be tempted to use some of the gazillions of blinglets I’ve acquired. Thnx
