In the U.S., Nissan has sold more than 5.3-million vehicles with the brand’s exclusive Easy-Fill Tire Alert Technology - about 21 million tires. The easy-to-use feature helps consumers quickly and conveniently fill their tires to the correct pressures every time without the need for a handheld pressure device or looking up the correct tire pressure numbers.

Cool feature. I never know if I can believe those auto pumps. Extra confirmation is nice. Would be good on the road also. Can buy a cheap one and keep it in ur car. And not have to worry about overfilling. That is unless the feature breaks and it just keeps beeper or something. 😆

I use that feature on my 2017 Maxima but I have one problem. The manual says the tires should be inflated to 33 psi but the horn doesn't honk until 38-39 psi. Why?

I noticed this as well. It seems that my tires have to get down to the warning level and then it will honk at the correct pressure. Or it will alert me at 38 I assume to warn me that im about to over fill my tires

Is it supposed to be funny , Cheap publicity indeed, i always feel sorry for companies whose promotion aims at defaming others. Try to be a gentlemen Mr. Nissan. It shows your fear, jealousy and loose character rather than promoting something.

You do realize that in commercials TV & movies. The vehicle emblems aren't there. We all know its a Honda. It's not Nissan poking fun at them. Look at tire commercials. You know what car it is. They just don't have the emblems or name of model on the vehicle. Nice try though. Not.
