For everyone wondering yes each mileage correction is logged in the cars software. The reason mileage corrections exist isn’t to clock cars, it’s for when you have a faulty dashboard or new dashboard that needs the correct mileage putting in relevant to the car etc.

Please people do not get carried away by the comments this guy is putting out. HE IS GETTING PAID FOR THIS AND HE IS MISINFORMING YOU. The cheaper version of this tool that he is talking about, that it does exactly the same thing as this one is the XTOOL X100 PRO. *It does not do exactly the same as this tool, trust me I have it.* Ford is not even in the Dashboard section for mileage correction. Do your research before you take his word for it. I purchased the Tool X100 pro because I have seen one of this idiots videos on a Porsche Cayenne. I did try the tool on a Mercedes w207 and it does not work even though the car is in the list for mileage correction. Maybe the tool he is using here can do this but not the Xtool X100 pro. The price difference between them is tremendous.

Attention, in Mercedes W246, 176, 212, 204, 205 the equipment does not do EZS!!! Changing the counter settings works for a few seconds and then reads the old value from the EZS. Digiprog 3 does it better.

I'm looking at your videos I have a 2003 Ford F-150 that I want to correct the miles they had change the cluster and it wouldn't start so the guy said he changes our computer but the miles ain't correct if you could help me out and let me know what tool will do it or what I have to do I'd really appreciate it thanks

Hi, I just watched your video and got me wondering if this could help me. I own a 2017 ford explorer sport. My lights were left on and drained my battery. I received a jump however noticed from that point my gas mileage average went down drastically. I use to get 19 - 23 miles per gallon. Now I get 10 - 12.5 per gallon. I went to Ford and had them replace my battery. Now they are saying that the gas issue should be solved if I ok them to do a PCM, BCM, and IPC factory reset which is not covered under warranty and will cost close to $600. Any help on this is greatly appreciated.

Just drive it, after 2 or 3 tanks of fuel it calibrates the mileage again. But you already found this out because your comment was 2 months ago.

No mate unfortunately im struggling to find a tool that will do it. I have an autel mk808 and that dose it but it will only let you raise the millage not lower it, so there is no point as the milage on The new cluster is higher than my van im gutted

They’re are a program in the system call guard dogs check the mileage even changing the mileage in the cluster ,is federal to change it :)

Not just that pal iv changed my odometer on my car with 67k miles. But the odometer has saved the miles from the previous car it was stripped from so I got a 67k miles car showing 94k so needs correcting

I have D8 Xtool , Yes, there is a kilometer adjustment feature, but it does not work in most modern American, Japanese, European, Korean, Chinese cars. There are tools that are cheaper than this device and practically beat it I regret buying it
